Unless otherwise agreed, payments are made in euros (EUR) by bank transfer to the account provided by Kozy Antwerp.

In the event of late payment, Kozy Antwerp reserves the right to apply statutory interest and a penalty clause, suspend services, and/or terminate the agreement, in accordance with the collaboration agreement and applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kozy Antwerp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for loss of profits, revenue, or reputational harm.

Kozy Antwerp is not liable for the acts or omissions of third parties, including guests, suppliers, booking platforms, or public authorities.

Subject to mandatory law, Kozy Antwerp’s total liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the owner for the relevant services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All website content (including texts, images, logos, trademarks, layout, and software) is owned by Kozy Antwerp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use this content without Kozy Antwerp’s prior written consent.

Kozy Antwerp processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Belgian privacy legislation.

Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district where Kozy Antwerp is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules where applicable.

Kozy Antwerp may amend these terms and conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on the website.
