Cookie Policy

This cookie policy applies to the website https://kozyantwerp.be (hereinafter: “the site”), operated by Kozy Antwerp.

The site is built with Next.js and served as a static marketing website. This policy explains which cookies or similar technologies we use, and which we do not use.

A cookie is a small text file that may be stored on your device through your browser when you visit a website. Cookies can be functional, analytical, or marketing-related.

In the current version of the site, we do not ourselves place marketing cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics or advertising networks).

The language preference (NL, FR, or EN) is chosen manually via the language switcher and stored locally in your browser (localStorage), without a cookie. We do not read your browser language to set the interface.

Your hosting or CDN provider may use strictly necessary technical cookies or logging for security, load balancing, or network performance. These are limited to infrastructure operation.

We do not use a legacy CMS or advertising/security plugins from a previous platform.

There is no cookie banner for marketing or statistics categories, because those categories are not active at this time.

If we later add statistics or marketing tools that require cookies or similar storage, we will update this cookie policy and, where required, ask for your consent through a clear interface before placing non-essential cookies.

You can refuse, delete, or limit cookies through your browser settings. See your browser’s help documentation for details.

Disabling strictly necessary technical cookies used by the infrastructure may affect the site’s operation or security.

For questions about personal data or cookies, contact us. You have the rights described in our privacy policy (access, rectification, objection, and others where applicable).

You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA): www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
